Salad with shrimp and sesame seeds is simple and concise, because these seafood by themselves do not need unnecessary accompaniment. Mayonnaise in a salad can be replaced with natural yogurt or olive oil mixed with lemon juice. And supplement the dish with coarsely chopped avocado and grated parmesan. Shrimp themselves can be prepared in three ways: boil, bake or fry. The main thing is not to do this for a long time. With each of these treatments, the taste of the shrimp will change in different ways, but will not become less attractive from this.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the vegetables coarsely, tear the salad into pieces.
  2. For shrimp: Bring to a boil strongly salted water with red and black pepper, olive oil and half a lemon (squeeze the juice into water beforehand).
  3. Add the shrimp. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the shrimp off the shell.
  5. Mix vegetables and shrimp
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with mayonnaise.
