  1. From beef (or pork), we cook the broth, add bay leaf and black pepper.
  2. Cut the meat from the broth, sausages, sausage and ham (or uncooked sausage). Finely chop the onions, cucumbers and parsley and simmer for about 10 minutes with tomato paste.
  3. Put the stew in the broth and cook for no more than 10 minutes. Then add meat, sausages, ham and sausage. Cook until the broth boils. Pour olives with brine into the hodgepodge (olives must be seedless). Bring to a boil and immediately turn off. Serve on a table with a slice of lemon and sour cream.
