Charlotte in a slow cooker (apple cookies)
PROTEINS - 13.1 GRAM
FATS - 18.3 GRAM
CARBOHYDRATES - 107.7 GRAM

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the apples, peeled seeds and cut into slices.
  2. Turn on the slow cooker in heating mode and put a piece of oil in a saucepan to melt it. "When it melts, lightly grease the walls of the saucepan with this oil and add 2 tablespoons of sugar (brown sugar will give a more golden color, but you can take the usual one). Stir with a wooden or plastic spoon until sugar is completely dissolved in oil.
  3. Lay the first layer of apples to the bottom beautifully (start laying from the outer edge) - this will be the top of the pie! Then put the remaining apples on the first layer, as you like, not very tightly.
  4. Beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer until sugar dissolves. Add a glass of flour with baking powder and continue to beat. The dough will be like sour cream.
  5. Pour the dough onto apples. Put in baking mode for 40 minutes. When ready, turn over onto a serving platter.
